Facility Rental
NRMPS facilities are available for non-profit and commercial groups and oranizations.
Venues are offered for events of all sizes from classrooms to football stadiums.
Listed below are the facility rental costs:

All custodial and food services as required by Board of Education policy will be
charged at a rate of $25/hour. When kitchens are used, a school food service
employee MUST be present.
If you are interested in renting a NRMPS facility for an event, please complete
the following steps:
Step 1) Contact the school principal at the desired rental location.
List of school contact informationCheck with principal for venue / location availability.
Step 2) Print out and complete a
Record of Utilization contract.
Submit form to school principal.
School principal must approve request.
Step 3) Provide proof of liability insurance and facility rental payment to:

Proof of General Liability Insurance is REQUIRED. Minimum coverage
requirement is $1,000,000 per occurrence. All renters are responsible for obtaining
this coverage and providing this documentation to Nash Rocky Mount Public
Schools prior to facility use.
Payment is due prior to date of use. All checks should be made payable to Nash
Rocky Mount Public Schools.
Step 4) Once payment has been processed and proof of liability insurance confirmed,
you will be notified by phone, letter, or email (based on preferred contact) of
final approval.
