School Assignment and Bus Routing
Did you complete a transportation request by August 19?
If not, please be prepared to bring your student(s) to school.
PLEASE KNOW THAT IF YOU DID NOT REQUEST TRANSPORTATION BY MONDAY AUGUST 19, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS AFTER YOUR REQUEST FOR YOUR BUS STOP TO BE PROCESSED.
Click here to access our online portal. We encourage you to use this online tool because it is the fastest way to process your request.
You MUST log-in to our online transporation portal to learn your bus stop information. We will NOT be contacting families directly. A video tutorial has been provided for you to take you through the process, step-by-step.
Please also be aware that we are not required to create bus stops for every home. In some cases, bus stops will be placed at a central location.
The NRMPS transportation department appreciates your cooperation. We are looking forward to a great school year.
Changes to our Student Information System
Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools and other school districts across the state have changed student information systems from NCWise to Powerschool. Information in the system may not be accurate, so we encourage you to check this portal regularly, leading up to the start of school. Data managers will be at school open houses to accept changes, but please understand that your child's bus route may change as students are enrolled, or moved in your area. This data is for the 2013-14 school year and will apply to permanent school boundary assignments and bus transportation. Information for bus transportation is "real time" and subject to change by the school system at anytime. If you have any questions please call 252.462.2481 or 252.462.2482.
When entering your address please enter your house number and a partial street name (3-4 letters).
