  • 2020 NCSU Engineering Camp

    The NC State College of Engineering in partnership with Wilson Community College and the Upper Coastal Plain Learning Council will be offering a week-long, non-residential summer day camp for elementary and middle school students.  The camp will be led by area teachers in collaboration with The Engineering Place from NC State University.

  • Cinderella Auditions

    The musical auditions for Cinderella will be on January 6th and 7th after school at Nash Central High School in Mrs. Joanna Hale's classroom (Room 122). Auditions are open to all 8th grade students at Nash Central Middle School! Please leave Mrs. Hale a telephone message at the school if your eighth grade student is interested. Mrs. Hale would like to get as many 8th graders involved as possible. The show is scheduled for April 30th, May 1st, and May 3rd at the Imperial Centre.

    All APPLICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIRED PAPER WORK MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 5:00 PM ON February 24, 2019.

  • Buy your yearbook!

    You can now buy a copy of the NCMS 2019-2020 yearbook!  A basic yearbook is $32.03 now just $30.00!!!  You can come to the library to get a form from Mr. Flythe, or you can go online to ybpay.lifetouch.com to order!  

    Note: If not ordering online, all orders must be paid to Mr. Flythe in the Media Center.  We accept cash and/or money orders, made out to Nash Central Middle School. (Exact change only, please!)

  • New Teacher/Student Class Assignment Management System

    Below is a link to a new online system called "Canvas" that teachers and students will be using to manage classroom assignments.  Student grades will transfer from Canvas into PowerSchool.  It is a four-minute video that is definitely worth viewing.
