Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a volunteer or chaperone for the Nash-Rocky Mount Public School System. All volunteers must be 18 or older and not enrolled in any public school system. There is no charge for any background check. NRMPS assumes responsibility for all background check fees. Please complete the steps below to insure timely processing of your application.
Step 1: Read and Complete the application found on the Volunteer Portal to join the NRMPS Volunteer/Chaperone Team. Access the Volunteer Portal by clicking here: VOLUNTEER PORTAL
Step 2: You will be contacted via email from BIB once your application has been approved or denied.
Step 3: Please know this process, depending on volume of applicants, may take up to 5 business days.
